no power in electric stimmer

i bought a 95db sovereign electric strimmer in homebase about 3 years ago. Was working grand up until recently.I tried to turn it on this morning and no power.Any ideas what could be causing the issue?

Check the fuse in the plug and the fuse board is in case its gone or tripped.

Have you a recipe tried a different way socket

I changed the fuse that didn't work.
I also tried a different socket that didn't work either.
