GFCH to heat pump

Is it a big deal to swap out from a combi-boiler to air to water pump?

Context: full renovation on a derelict 3 bed house - complete plumbing and wiring overhaul needed, with insulation, and new floor, new double glazing - all planning to bring it up to B2 BER, as per part L

I've decided to go for ufh with a combi-boiler - a2w heat pump takes me a fair bit over budget at the moment, plus I'm also not convinced the heat pump will work on a renovation so I'd like to live in the house for a few years to get a sense of how warm /cold it is.
