Do I need to apply for planning permission if i want to change the material of the (road adjacent) boundary wall?
Currently have a plastered wall that always looks dirty and needs painting.
Want to change to a stone wall.

    Is this a one off?
Is there any specific planning condition for the boundary wall or what was mentioned in the parent planning?

    Thanks for the reply.
    It’s a one off.
2nd hand house so I don’t know what was in the original permissions (50+ years).
    I will check that out.
