Is this a house built by a developer?
    How much are the tiles?

    Thank you for the reply

Yes, it is built by a developer.

Didn't get a price for tiles. I thought everything included.

It all depends on the price of the tiles, if the tiles cost 30/meter it's expensive, if they cost 70/meter it's not expensive

It all depends on base price of tiles
    Make of adhesive used
    And tiler labour cost.
    Developers mark up

    Realistically for about 34m²
    Tiles 1000e at 30e/m²
    Adhesive 500e
    Labour 1000e
    Total 2500e

    But that's organising everything yourself

As mentioned, it all depends on the tile cost. They can be €15/m2 or €80/m2, even more if they marble..etc. Standard nice tiles probably cost €20-25. Does the floor need a levelling compound?

    Labour - €25/m2
    Tiles - €25/m2
    Grout, adhesive, trims..etc - €6/m2

Above example, not site specific: €1,870.00 +VAT.

I'm like a broken record by now but: Shop around, get quotes! The Construction Industry is probably the worst in the world for price variations.

If I'd to take a guess on your quote is the developer has a lovely mark up for himself because 90% of the people will trust them and assume they'll be the cheapest since they built the house. Developers are only out to make money.
