Steel structure and Structural Insulated Panels

I have an existing old structure and was thinking of extending. At the moments I am thinking of a steel frame and using SIP and concrete panel floors. My thinking is it will be cheaper to do the construction as it is 3 stories high.

Also thinking I could get the frame and do the top floor first then the other floors at separate times.

    Anybody got experience on this?
