Channel drain installation

Looking for some advice on installing some kind of a drain in this driveway.

See image of garden currently. When washing the cars water is pooling and standing towards the right hand side of this rockery. My plan is to remove the rocks and planting, and level the soil to same level as driveway cobbles, then weed barrier and gravel over the soil area. Would there be a need to install a channel drain along the curved edge of the cobblelock? Or would water run into gravel and soak into soil..?
Any recommendations on an installer to fit a curved channel drain along the perimeter of this ? and how much would you expect to pay for it thanks.
