Would it be advisable to build a house on a site that consisted of a former granite quarry with a depth of up to 6 meters which has since been filled in with stones and boulders that were removed from fields?

Would it be advisable to dig a driveway through same which would lead to a site with three meters of soil? The driveway would be up to three meters deep.
