    Hi Guys,

Recently recieved a notification of a Legal Challenge from a Law Firm in Dusseldorf Germany:

    https://it-advo.de/google-bewertungen-loeschen/

Apparently this firm does a no win no fee service for removing negative reviews for various Websites.

Google asked for a clarification on the review which while totally accurate was quite short.

I've sent back a fully detailed answer of the experience we had (including pictures with metadata) and proof that we were at Business Location.

Is there anything else I should do in this case ?

To be honest I'm a little bit shocked that it's possible to delete Negative reviews in this way, I'm pretty sure the majority of people would just delete the review as the wording of the notice is quite strong (indicating court appearance etc)

I'm wondering what to do to now, should I update the review with more information ?

Is that what you want to do? Sure if you're not worried at all about the legal element then feel free to leave a longer review or see what Google says but I'm no expert

They said their client maintains we were never at the store and the events never happened and I should remove the 1 star review

    I’d have ignored the communication.

Yes, say that you’ve been threatened with legal action. And state in no uncertain terms that they are bullies who are paying lawyers to intimidate people who express an honest opinion as to their inferior product or service.
