I'm living abroad at the moment and am looking to transfer the ownership of my car to a family member so they can use it as a trade in to get a new car for themselves (and give me back the trade in value - theres a problem with my cars engine so it cant be sold privately) How can this be done if I'm not in the country to…

How can this be done if I'm not in the country to sign the logbook etc ?

Is there a form I can print out and post instead?

Get someone else to sign on your behalf.
Mark it pp next to the signature.
