I am thinking of getting a single story extension built to the back of a bungalow.. I'm wondering what is usually covered in the per sq mtr cost.
For example say e1000 per sq mtr. on a 20 sq mtr bedroom .
Just want to get some idea before I start talking to builders..
    Thanks..

No idea personally but read this thread during the week which was pretty staggering and certainly an eye opener. Some demolition, 11.5m2 single story porch and a two storey corner glazed extension and cheapest quote of 145k excluding the glazing cost.

Up to plastering, all furnishings fitting & decorated extra.

It can also depend on type, mine has poor access & was looking for whole of back wall removed for open area.

It was mad money so I’ve put it on back burner time being.

Any idea of cost per square meter for a double story extension, to a builders finish? There would be less ground work, but the foundations would need to be stronger. I'm looking at around 50 sq meters. There is direct access to the site, so that shouldn't be a problem.
