Vertuo Next stuck in de scaling mode

So I ran the de scale program last night and can't get the machine working again. Orange light blinking rapidly. Anyone know how to get the machine going again. Sickened, I had to buy a coffee this morning in the way to work!

I have a Vertuo and any time I descale it I follow the YOUTUBE instructions religiously. I have never had any issues (and have read lots of complaints on descaling being an issue) and I need to descale mine bimonthly.

Not familiar with the Next edition, but have a look perhaps.

Tried all those last night, I've put about 6 litres of water through it and it won't finish the cycle. I'll give it another go tonight and try ringing customer support tomorrow.
