Conservation Consultant/Architect

    Hi,

    I'm looking for a conservation consultant to complete an Architectural Heritage Impact Assessment.

    This has been requested by the council after toing and froing for over a year with a planning application.

    The current architect has been useless and should have seen this coming and considered the impact of the building due to where its located in close proximity to an old manor.
    He has his money and is no help now that the application has been more or less rejected and a redesign of the house is necessary.

    So any recommendations for a consultant or architect with experience in or around Kilkenny is appreciated, maybe a guide price if anyone has had to do the same.
