Got a notification on my phone this evening, pay with revolut and get a whopping 1% back on purchases from currys online shop when you follow the link in the app

i saw the reward for 15% off Samsung products and 3% cashback. The promo code doesn't populate for purchases though and the 15% off isn't being applied at the checkout either.

I went onto Revolut chat but it advised "hours" waiting time and i didn't get a response since yesterday. Anyone here use the promo code and can share please?

Not entirely relevant but I'd advice anyone to stay well clear off Currys. Bought an oven last month and it came damaged and was only discovered after it was unpacked that evening so my old oven was taken away.

It took over 3 weeks and 30+ phone calls before they finally arrived at the decision to get a new one sent out. They have a different company called Team Knowhow who look after their returns and customer service and whose favourite line is "Well we are not Currys". I had begun a chargeback claim with my credit card provider so if you have no choice to buy from them at least use your credit card as you'll have some comeback.

Couldn't agree more.

I ordered a monitor 3 weeks ago and still haven't received anything.
It took 8 days to get an email response, and over 3 hours on the phone before they admitted it hadn't actually been dispatched yet. I visited a store and was told they can't do anything about online orders. Avoid at all costs!

Whats this, sign up to a newsletter or something? Buying a new dishwasher soon and it will likely be from Currys so 20 quid off would be handy

waiting 5 days for Revolut to come back to me with the promo code for the samsung reward. No reply or answer. Total joke.

They advertise the reward and then don't allow you to claim or avail of it. The customer service is shocking too. They can't advise how long it'll take. They don't know if i will get the code before the offer ends tomorrow. There's no one they can escalate the query to. Farcical.

Revoluts cash back rewards are a waste of time. I've followed all their stipulations on a few purchases but never got anything.

I registered with Currys in the hope of getting a 20 quid off voucher as Im buying a dishwasher from them later this week. No voucher email arrived though after sign up except the usual welcome one.

If anyone has a spare voucher code going that they are not going to use would appreciate it being sent on by PM, thanks.

I used the adidas one, generates a code for 35% off which worked fine on adidas website. Did not try any of the others yet.

That might have been the only reall offer from them. Are currys only offering delivery or can you click and collect?
If it is only delivery then any discount is kinda negated.
