Bungalow built in 1996, leaks in buried heating pipes covered by concrete and in some cases wooden floors, during the summer I want to replace all the piping and am looking for an independent operator to draw up a pipe design. All I can find is company's that want to sell new boilers. Can anybody recommend a independent heating designer.

That's quite a pain. How have to found the pipes are leaking specifically? What pipes are they.

Also why not follow the existing paths for pipes when digging out re-lay them . But more on importantly why not just repair the leak locations only.

Thanks for reply, self build house, lots of friends and acquaintances, no existing map of radiator pipes, would have general idea of route but no knowledge of where leak/leaks are.

How do you know it's leaking specifically.

And what piping is in there.

Mapping isn't required if your pulling it up bit by bit you just follow the pipe. As your going a job for the summer time obviously.
