Hi,
I'm on JA for the past year & had baby 8 months ago. My partner is on PUP. My JA is means tested based on his usual earnings. We have looked into our options for when he returns to work, regarding childcare etc & decided it's better for us if I stay home with baby for now.
I'm just wondering if he applies for WFP do I cancel JA myself or is it cancelled if & when he gets WFP? Can he apply for it now or does he have to wait til he's back at work? Thanks!
