Trading in two cars?

Hi all. Was hoping to change my own car this year but unfortunately my wife's and I circumstances look like their about to change, to the point where we no longer need two cars. One vehicle will be enough going forward. We were considering going for the new qashqai petrol hybrid. Does anyone know if dealers are willing to take two cars as a trade in against one new one? Our cars are in great order with service history, clean, and NCT not due till 2022. I'm not pushed about selling privately, wouldn't feel confident dealing with tyre kickers/time wasters on the phone etc.
Are main dealers open to deals like this or is it a stupid notion?

They probably will but they won't do you any favor on their trade in values against one car. You will be better off trying to sell at least one of them privately yourself.
