Anyone know what its like to live there?

Got notice from our landlord today (we know him personally)
Hes selling and we agreed to move out as soon as we find somewhere else.
Luckily for us he owns another place in whitepines and hes giving it to us if we want it although the rent is abit dearer and I don't know the area too well.

I understand the estate "whitepines" was mostly bought by estate agents? to rent them out.
The house looks lovely its a new build so no problems there but im unfamiliar with the area.
Im currently in Tallaght so its only a short drive to the place but ive never had a reason to be out that way.

    Any help would be appreciated.
