Problem with wind coming in and under ceiling and floor boards

    No sure if this is the place to post this, I have an issue with wind traveling down walls (I assume from eves) and under floor boards and ceiling, floor boards upstairs are beginning to get loose and very squeekey, not sure how this is really happening but with the high winds recently it is very noticeable, anyone any ideas what could be causing this or any ideas on how to go about fixing this, not sure who you would call for this, any help with this would be greatfull appreciated.
