Garden table top

I'm looking for suggestions. Our garden table got blown over in a freak wind last summer and the main glass top aswell as the lazy Susan smashed. So I've priced replacement glass and it's going to cost in excess of €300. Can anyone suggest a cheaper alternative? Table is round 1700mm diameter.
