    Hi all,

    I have received my Visa debit card for a while now, but I have not yet received a pin code. I am not sure if there is anything that I can do to accelerate the process?

    Hi Ryma,

    Thanks for checking this with us today. 

    We're really sorry to hear that you haven't received your PIN. Generally a new pin should be received after 2-3 days from when your received your card. If this wasn't received, you can certainly request a new one on 365 by selecting "services" > "send us a message". One of our colleagues will be happy to look into this further for you.
