    Hi does anyone recommend a good place to get alloys cleaned up and painted ? How much would it cost ?

    Looking to get the painted black on Volkswagen scirocco alloys size 18

    Not sure where you are situated but a mate of mine had his wheels redone by Wheel Wizards in Finglas a couple of years ago. He still raves about the job they did on his 20in Jag wheels.
    I think their prices depend on what needs doing (cracks, scratches, buckles and so on) although I believe he paid just over €100 a corner at the time but this may have gone up since.

    Carlow Coatings do great work if you are in that direction.

    About €50 a corner to blast and powder coat 13 inch steel wheels for me last year.

    Search and watch it on youtube, saves you some money. €50-€100+ per corner you could nearly buy a new set of alloys for that bloody hell.

    Did one wheel like this and made a balls of it.
    Wheel wizards sorted all four to like new...not cheap but very pleased with the result.
