Reading the article below on The Examiner website and the content is truly shocking with regards to the OPW.
No one with senior management with any type of property expertise, the shrugging of shoulders about their costly mistakes to date and looking like another one to come.

My reading of it is utter incompetence but there is a tingling doubt something else is at play.
