I've one of the metallic orange frames for sale, it's disc IS standard (not modern road) and take 32mm Knobblie tyres easy. This has never been built up and been stored well. I'm not parting with it for less than €200. Frame and matching steel fork. Available for pickup in Enniscorthy or I can arrange a courier at cost. I'll take photo's if any interest, here's a link to a build by some Finnish guy.
I've new and nearly new parts around so if you want a basic build I can help there too.

Great bike, I've been using one as my commuter since I built it in 2012.

Are there eyes on the fork for a rack/mud guards?

If it's like mine, and I presume it is, it has eyelets for mudguards front and back and bosses for rear rack. You need to be creative around the front disc-side mudguard stay mounting but it's doable
