PCC planning permission site map not working?

Is it just me or is the planning permission website map not working properly? not able to zoom/keeps crashing. Looks like DCC did some sort of update on it and it hasn't worked for me in the last few weeks. I have tried numerous web browsers and same thing. Anybody have any fixes??

Worked perfect for me last night.
I’ll check again now.

Edit : working now for me on Internet Explorer.
