After the cervical smear scandal and coverup and the past shambles of hundreds of cancer patients having to endure their files not being read properly by radiographers & doctors we have now yet another cancer scandal in St Lukes - and a cover up by the HSE to try and promote and retain him in another area knowing he was up for disciplinary charges at age 37 for student level mistakes. When will they stop this ongoing shambles?
