    Hey,

Wondering what to get for around €3k as a city car, doing such little mileage that i'm basically just looking for something to keep me dry.

would be looking at atleast a 2008 and something sub €280 tax, petrol and low running cost. typically getting drawn to Japanese cars, but worried I'll get into a Honda Jazz missing it's CAT some morning or a Toyota Yaris drinking more oil than petrol.

    What would you recommend.

Actually do like the Clio, possibly the best looking of the bunch, must see how well screwed together they are. Used to have a Renault Sport Clio back in the day and even with a 2.0 returned 40MPG

They're not a bad car at all.

Renault has improved big time on their mark 3 upwards.....
