Question about more than 12 years old debt and stubbsgazette

I have been away from Ireland for 15 years. I might of left an unpaid phone bill.

I wonder how I can check if there were any published or unpublished judgement in my name apart of paying 300 for 100 stubbs credits.

Also in case of debt and possibly a judgement if any older than 12 years old what is an impact on a credit rating?

How long such unpaid debt stays in credit register database?

And judgement if any will be in stubbs 'forever', right?

Your credit rating is unaffected by phone bill debt. Stubb's Gazette is mainly used to scare people. It's not really a thing.

The Central Credit Register is now the standard and only takes references from credit institutions - this does include things like Creation who do a lot of the never-never payments for catalogue shops but it does not include utilities or insurers.

For 300 its exceptionally unlikely a judgement was received. You will likely find it hard to get a contract/bill-pay mobile phone, though as they have their own system.

It was a mobile phone contract. And in general how long never paid stuff stays in a Central Credit Register?
