Covid 19 query - symptoms..

A loved one has been off work all week... she's just really tired - totally fatigued...
Not able to get up in the morn - and totally not the norm for her..
No other symptoms really - maybe a bit of a heavy head.. but thats it..
Not depressed or anything like that..
Has a great diet and health in general..

Dr says she doesn't need to be tested.. fair enough...

But still leaves a tricky situation..

Should her housemates act as close contacts etc..

Hopes to go to work on Monday if feeling better... but say she has the virus, she could pass it on to others?

I think its a pity she can't get a test...

Has anyone tested positive with just tiredness being their symptom?
