    Hi, 
    I cannot access either the App or website. I am getting the following error:

    "The SCA notification has timed out and cannot be used"

    I rang the support number and an automated message told me to log into 

    https:\\origianal.365.com

    that is not working either.

    How can i access my account, i need to pay off my Credit card

    Sorry to see you are having difficulties with logging into your banking. 

    If you can give a call on 0818200362 our Migration Team can resolve this for you. It will be necessary to hold on the line to reach an Advisor. (There is less than a 2 minute hold time at the moment.)
