CAT and right to reside

    My husband and children will move into my parents house to look after them.
    Both parents are alive. They will gift the house to me and both will retain a right to reside (not life time interest).
    In calculating CAT, is the deduction for right to reside 10% of market value in total or is it 10% per person?
    We don't want to do right to reside, maintenance and support.

    I think there's a bit more to it than that.
    The value of their right to reside is tied to their age and there's a chart on revenue somewhere.
    I'll see if I can find my notes from a similar situation
    and confirm if I'm recollecting accurately.
