Not sure if this is the correct forum, so please move is appropriate.
In these trying times, there is a lot of mental health issues and sadly, suicide is quite prevalent is Irish Society. I was passed this short course by a colleague on LinkedIn. I have done the course and it takes 20-30mins. By doing this and passing it on, you could well be that person who saves a life one day.

I have no affiliation but it is something close to my heart.

A thread that should be full of comments but nearly none.
Thank you for sharing and something everyone should do.
Maybe the mods could pin to the top or something?
