Question is far too broad, I've been dealing with suspected neuropathic pain for twenty years. Because mine is hard to isolate, it's hard to treat. Originated from soft tissue damage in arm but spread to neck and back..
Would need more info on your situation and no one here could guarantee a cure but it's very dependant on the individual but maybe some could share experiences

I have quite severe nerve pain from MS and also due to various injuries. I'm under the care of a neurologist and am meds like gabapentin and amitriptyline.

I also had to have two radiographer guided procedures for pain in my neck/shoulder last year for the injuries in that area under a pain management consultant's care.

You need to talk to your gp and see if an onward referral is merited.
