    Hi.
    Recently bought the sage dual boiler and smart grinder . Quite happy with coffee quality but having difficulty making properly textured milk . It tends to turn out very creamy or simply hot milk .:confused:

    ... technique. Practice should help, and YouTube. The wand on the dual boiler should be plenty powerful enough to get microfoam. However it is approaching professional standards, so skill will play a part.
