VRT on a 30 Year old Camper

Does the same rule apply for a camper as for a standard car if the vehicle is over 30 years old? Is it then €200 flat rate, or are there any other charges?

I've been offered a Jan 1991 VW T4 with on German plates from a friend. It's in Germany, but he'll hold onto it for a few months for me. I've imported a camper before in 2010, so know the export plates system etc.

Camper has a TUV until 08/22, is registered as a camper and is factory built, so do I need anything else when I get here like an engineers report? Or how straightforward is it?

I intend to register it as a camper, not as a classic car for insurance and mileage reasons.

    Thanks
