    Hi

    I have a 7*5 shed which I would like to reduce to 6 *4.

Has anyone ever done this successfully before?

I'm very comfortable with carpentry, but was wondering has anyone done this before.

    Thanks

Depends if it's width or length.
    If length no problem.
    If width much more cuts.

I would be taking a foot from the length and side.

If you don't mind it looking asymmetrical then you ought to be able to take a foot off the side without disturbing the door position, but it'll be close. There's probably only about 14" of wall either side of the door, so taking 12 inches off that is going to be very tight.

I wonder is the door smaller, I was hoping to cut 6 inches off both sides.
