Employer has contacted saying staff would need to be on standby in case of staff testing +.

Email is not clear, more fishing for a response I feel.

What rates, % of rate is paid?
No mention of Hours to be on standby yet. Should it be for a shift and the shift paid at a % if on standby at home?

Company works 24h a day, could it be Standby Monday 24h period to be covered, but paid an 8 hour shift?

Large company, person works part time 24 hours but is able to cover more hours to be helpful, if paid at a proper rate.

    Job is frontline people facing.
