    Hi,

I just have a query relating to e-statements. If I order an up to date statement how far back will it go, will it go back 6 months, or will it just go back as far as my last 6 month statement which was in September?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie.

When you order an up to date statement, it will go back as far as your last statement which was issued to your online banking. Please be assured, that you can view all your statements going back 7 years on your 365 Online banking by going to Statements on the mobile app.

    I hope this information helps!

    Many thanks,
    Megan
