    Hi,

Car failed the NCT today due to a buldge in the tyre. I only replaced all 4 tyres on 4th November.

Is it that I am a bad driver? Should I contact the tyre company?

did you hit a kerb/pothole anytime recently?

Pot holes, kerbs could be even a block of timber on the road say....

Get it replaced right away though before it blows.

It should be visual if everything else went ok, unless they want it on the lift, I'd go in show new tyre fitted and receipt so can't question then.

Tyres are visual for past few years.

[they were visual in beginning, then changed to lift inspection (to check mounting and interior - which I 100% agree with) and then back to a visual without lift inspection - which I think is wrong]

Kerb damage most likely. No point in contacting the tyre company I'm afraid, nothing wrong with the tyre
