BOG Deathgrip Tripod

Hey all, Happy New year to all.

Does anyone have any experience with this tripod, BOG Deathgrip Tripod?

I have a heavy rifle, tikka tac with moderator, scope and light on top too. So a fair bit of weight to hold up.
Its a fair bit of money to pay out for a tripod so I'd like to know how it would hold up that weight and how it is for carrying around foxing, easy deployment in a hurry, stuff like that.
Thanks for any advice anyone might have.

I recently got one . They are a bit heavy but very sturdy in the field. It will hold any rifle very steady and leave you hands free for calling and spotting.I got mine from the U.S.A for 205 euros .

I looked at BOG and REKON but went with Rekon in the end.

I got mine on Ebay from U.S.A . Much cheaper there but I had to wait 4 weeks for it .

Yeah Total charge 205 and no import charge here

Lads bit of a ignorant question. Will they hold any rifle?

How does the clamp work? Would a rounded or "glossed" stock somehow slip out or is there any issue with this?

It has rubber sides and will tighten on any stock in seconds and hold it firmly. My shooting sticks are now redundant

Yeah its a wheel with lugs on it Very simple like a vice I have a Boyds stock on my 223 that is angled and it holds it solid It will hold any stock solid. A complete game changer !

I have the Primos sticks and i thought they were the biz due to their quick deployment and steady shooting platform but it still relies on me doing my part. May look into these. What kinda bucks are they?
