    Hello.

I was working over Christmas in a temporary role. I am being laid off today. When I closed my claim I marked that it was temporary employment. When the company terminates the contract today (or tomorrow or whenever) will I go back to social welfare automatically or do I have to apply again?

You have to reapply, hopefully as you previous claim was recent, it might speed up the process.
