Im trying to cancel a direct debit to Eircom but there's no + sign to click on

    I followed all the online instructions with no success. You ask me to find the D.D. in my current account and click the + sign beside it. There is no + sign !

    The alternative is to supply a UMR. How can I get this if there's no response from Eircom? 
    Since I contacted BOI and Eircom 6 weeks ago, another payment was made 2 weeks ago.

    Generally, if there is no + sign beside the payment debiting your account, it would indicate the payment is being debited as a reoccurring card payment. If this is the case, it would be necessary to link in with the merchant directly as they will need to cancel this payment for you.

    If you would like to confirm how this payment is being debited from your account, you can certainly link in with our Customer Service Team either by phone on 0818 365 365, or by Secure Message on your 365 online account (on laptop/computer) by following 'Service Desk' > 'Ask a Question'. One of my colleagues will be more than happy to confirm this for you.
