Planning to go to court to get full custody. The children will have to change schools if I win. I've been advised to look into schools beforehand to have all my ducks in a row. Well out of all the schools I have called for the classes I will need to send them to they say they are completely packed for those classes and I can put them on a waiting list but no guarantee.

I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with that! How do I go about this? Was even thinking to try enroll for September but I'm pretty sure I cannot do that without the other parents consent which of course they won't give me.

Any one any advice about what to do?
