Failed my test in Naas last week and miraculously a test date has come up in Finglas for just a couple of weeks away.

Unfortunately I've never even been in the area in my life and so totally unfamiliar with the test routes. Does anyone have any tips specific to Finglas? I found some test route videos on YouTube but I understand that the speed limits have now changed.

At the very start as you exit the complex the testing centre is in, there is a stop sign/line. It is very easy miss and can result in people failing before they even get out on to the main road. Make sure to get a local pre-test if you can.
Other than that, lots of roundabouts and a bit of dual carriageway where the speed changes.

The maximum speed around most of the area's is 30, the main road Jamestown 50 and if you end up on the dual carriageway 60.

Beware of mini roundabouts treat them as much as you can like proper roundabout. If you take a right out of the test centre, you will probably taking quite tight left into Clancy.

    Good luck.
