Out of TNT express, FX world (economy or priority) or UPS express saver what would be the best / most efficient or reliable to use to send a parcel to USA? All similar price but never couriered something before. All cheaper than An Post.

Doubt any are cheaper than an post but they will get it there a lot quicker at present.

Be sure that you calculate the volumetric weight and the actual weight.

Express couriers always charge based on volumetric weight if higher than actual weight.

UPS are probably strongest on the ground in the US.

Use UPS Expedited instead of Express Saver unless it needs to get there really fast. It's a bit slower (5 days vs 1 day for NY) but cheaper.

Based on those options it sounds like you're looking at Parcel2Go. It's nearly always cheaper to book direct with UPS.

Thanks! Yeah checked parcel2go, irishparcels and also parceldirect to compare all prices. Have the exact dimensions and weight of the parcel. Not in too much of a hurry once it arrives before Christmas but with delays etc. want to get it sent soon.

Hey, who did you go with in the end? I need to send a parcel to the USA within the week-to arrive in a couple of weeks or so, not too urgent!
    Thanks
