Rads upstairs not fully heating, lock Valve advice

Awhile back I turned all the valves on the bottom right and left of all rads anti clockwise to fix an air lock. Now realised I should not have touched valves on left.

Rads downstairs work fine, but most upstairs only heat a little around the bottom. Tried bleeding for air lock, but no better.

Any advice on resetting the lock valves to fix?

Or should I just get a plumber in to check them.

If they are heating at the bottom then they are full of air as if it was water it would heat at the top.

After something like you did you may have to bleed several times.

Did you try bleed them all? Did you get any air out of them?

A little bit of hissing air, but water never came to the bleed point
