I'm building a garage which will have a spare bed/granny flat. It has a warm attic and I was thinking of putting MHRV in there as I have this in the house. Given it's a small area I'm wondering if there are small Mhrv units available, my searching has not turned up much. Also is PIV or MEV a good option?

Thanks, are there Irish companies selling this? Didn't see what m2 floor area it is suited for, is thst stated? I do have planning, one of the few who get planning for garages it seems, all of the other garage applications I searched for (for inspiration) were for retention!

Does anyone have experience with this Irish mhrv manufacturer https://fantech.ie/
They have plenty of sizes, it seems the units are between 70 and 82% efficient, so basic enough, but better than nothing I guess...
    Any opinions would be appreciated
