court sentence

    Is there any way to get report of a sentence from District Court.the person pleaded guilty previously and was in court for sentence in October.it was not in the paper or radio news.are these records publicly available from the courts?

    Yes there will be records of it. I don't think they are published online. You will only get the information when you request it from the courts. Is this achievable through email I'm not sure. I think you'll have to go in personally.
