My first year working as a tradesman on site in 2019 in the South and was working self employed on rct. My tax was withheld from me and paid to revenue. Am I due a tax rebate similar to what I used to get when working in the South from 2000-2006

You need to file a form 11 tax return declaring all sources of taxable income. You need to have your accounts in place for your self employed income. The fact that you are asking the questions above probably means you didn't consult an accountant before you started this activity. You may wish to consider contacting one now. Also considering you are asking this now, you wish to consider are you actually self employed at all.
