Hi. I've submitted an enquiry online but still waiting 9 working days on so seeing if I can get any advice here.
I'm trying to complete form11 for 2019. It's my last one because I sold the house last year.
    1. There's a new prepopulated part that says Section 97 2k confirmation . What's this? I don't recall seeing it before.
    2. How do I advise that I'm not liable for the preliminary tax for 2020 when the house wasn't rented this year? Or advise that the house is sold or is that already automatically known because I ended the tenancy on the PTRB?
    Thanks.

I had an issue with submitting the form 11 a few days ago. Ring 01-7383630 in the morning. They will go thru what needs to be done. I found the girl I dealt with to be very helpful.

Thanks. I find the shorter times a pain because I'm working. It's only mornings now. I usually do the my enquiries but it's been incredibly slow. I'll try to ring again.
