Best budget 27" 1440p general monitor?

Budget: ~€200.

Prospective resolution: 1440p

Aspect Ratio: 16:9

Adaptive Sync: Gsync and FreeSync would be great but I doubt possible on this budget. I have a Acer XB270HU which I bought years ago with my GTX 970 because it offered G-Sync. I would like to upgrade to either one of the new Nvidia or AMD cards in the future but I do not know which as I am not up to speed on the latest releases.

Usage: I would like a second 27" mainly used for watching lecture and tutorial videos while studying, assignments, and some basic cryptocurrency day trading which I am learning about at the moment.

Other features: My current monitor only has a DisplayPort which always bothered me, and with that port now in use on the GTX 970 I assume this one will have have a HDMI port? A second HDMI port would be a bonus but really it is not necessary and I could always buy a switch if I really wanted to connect something up.

With Black Friday approaching I wanted to ask if there was any particular models which I should look out for a discount on please?

Op just look for some deals on Amazon or wherever. For your use case it doesn't really matter about panel type or refresh rates.

That was my first thought when I saw the link but considering everything it has actually been very useful.

After posting I started thinking, if I am not actually going to upgrade to an RTX 3080 or AMD Ryzen RX 6800 XT for 6 months to a year, I thought that maybe I could get a 1440p 27" monitor up for half the price or a lot less than a gaming monitor but when I go to the Rtings Table Tool and set some constraints like 1440p, 27", not curved, and the press maximum at $500 allowing headroom and for Black Friday, apart from the most expensive they all seem to be quite close in price to what I would lean towards to gaming:

Either the Dell S2721DGF and the ASUS TUF Gaming VG27AQL1A. I could not find the MSI MAG274QRF-QD mentioned in the video.

If I can find something much cheaper it would make sense to do that, either keeping if and when I buy a third monitor or selling it on - but if the price of a basic 1440p 27" is so close to one of these, especially if there are further reductions on either Black Friday, it makes a case to buy, no?

About finding something much cheaper, I do already have an old but good Acer Predator 27" XB270HU G-Sync monitor - if I go the Nvidia route in the future.
